NEDIS takes over activities
With this letter, we would like to inform you that NEDIS has taken over all activities of industry peer Bandridge as well as of distributor Micro-Mel with immediate effect.
The immediate cause for this take-over is the liquidation ordered against the following companies:
• Eurochannels Holding B.V.
• Micro-Mel Benelux B.V.
• Micro-Mel Nederland B.V.
• Bandridge Europe N.V.
The goal of NEDIS is to guarantee the continuity of the product range and the brand names Bandridge, Profigold and Micro-Mel. NEDIS will make sure that you are assured of these quality products in the future. In the short term, we aim to normalize the day-to-day affairs and to minimize the effects of the liquidations for you, as a client, as much as possible.
NEDIS will therefore make the maximum effort to:
• guarantee the product range.
• guarantee or improve the order processes and delivery times.
• meet your existing (bonus) agreements1) with the parties placed into liquidation, wherever possible.
• maintain/reinstate regular contact with representatives/ account managers.
The combination of NEDIS and Micro-Mel results in a professional sales organization, which can fulfill client orientation and client satisfaction due to the combination of a competitive, high-quality range, a solid logistics process and a professional sales & marketing organization.
This will result in a broadening of the offer and makes the One-Stop-Shopping concept even more realistic. We expect that the joining of forces of Bandridge and Micro-Mel with NEDIS will result in a unique proposition for you in terms of range development and brand policy, stock and delivery time, client orientation, pricing and a high service level.
